Due to my coaching and arts related background, I use on top various creative ways on the process, aiming not only to problems resolution, but also on increasing your recourses for a happy and meaningful life.

I have long experience in the enterprise world (more than 15 years within supply chain and IT business analysis in a project management setting) which is coupled with the knowledge and skills I acquired through the years in business coaching, facilitation, psychology and arts.

Body Psychotherapy addresses a range of social and psychological issues including depression, anxiety, stress, mood swings, disconnection from one’s own body, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, separation and divorce.
Body Psychotherapy uses various techniques that increase one’s awareness of the body and therefore, one’s emotions and thoughts. Any problem will show itself in many ways, for example, a relationship difficulty might involve overthinking, not sleeping well and sensing the heart racing at times. Body Psychotherapy might start by exploring any one of these signs that something is not right. The body is taken into consideration for both diagnostic and healing purposes.
It is an approach that allows you to assess your experiences from the point of view of both your mind and your body, in order to address the present to achieve a happier, healthier life.
Body Psychotherapy is different from other psychotherapies because:

It is holistic and takes the notion seriously that body and mind are not two different things but the same

Clients feel seen in their totality

Most clients like to address difficulties on several levels at once (body, mind, spirit….)

Body Psychotherapy can address difficulties at a level that is not accessible through words – that does not necessarily involve having to consciously understand oneself – it can easily access pre-verbal and otherwise deeply unconscious material.

Mental Health Counseling is a shorter and more focused collaboration on the client’s problem, in comparison to Psychotherapy. The main aim of Mental Health Counseling is to bring a variety of positive changes in a pragmatic way on the client’s everyday life. Clients are not mentally ill according to diagnostic criteria.
